IT:AD:New Zealand Privacy Act 1993

Principles 1-4 govern the collection of personal info. This includes the reasons why it's collected, from , and how its collected.

Principle 5 governs the way personal info is stored. It is designed to proect erson info from unauthorised use ro discolure.

Principle 6 gives the individual the right to access their info.

Principle 7 gives the individual the right to correct their info.

8-11 places restrictions on how people and orgs can use/disclose info (accurate, up to date, and proper disclosure)

12 governs the use of unique identifiers.
