Wanted a .txt based system I could port to from EMA Personal Wiki.
Did a comparison with other Wikis first. PmWiki came close, but DokuWiki edged it out due to the file structure.
ACL based security was exactly what I needed.
Had exactly the right plugins I needed: PlantUML and GraphViz.
A bit rough with Markdown…still struggling with that.
